Reformer Private 1:1 Experiences

A Reformer based class that may also incorporate Sitting Box, Spine Corrector, Jumpboard, and a variety of other props. Experience a dynamic, full-body workout that provides a balanced mix of strengthening and stretching exercises, emphasizing proper form and technique.

Reformer Semi-Private (Group) Experiences

Enhanced Mat Experiences

A Mat based class that may also incorporate Sitting Box, Spine Corrector and small props. Discover a focused, full-body workout that builds strength, stability, and coordination.
This class offers a balanced combination of core-centered exercises and active stretching; all performed using your body weight and breath. With an emphasis on control, precision, and form, it’s ideal for improving flexibility, developing long, lean muscles, and increasing mobility.
